Well Bro, another great missive! Just today I read that our beloved Census Bureau undercounted the populations of Red States [Florida, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas] and overcounted the population of eight states, all but one of which is blue! Seeing how this affects the seats in the House, I wonder if the mid-terms are actually going to mean anything. For a detailed report of this blunder, check out today's [9-7] Hans von Spakovsky's column on the Daily Signal. Your head will blow off when you read his column. Chalk up one more for the Commies in DC!

The only way out of the mess you've described is for the Red states to informally [or formally] form a compact with the sole purpose of ignoring the federal government's [read Joe Biteme] insane socialist edicts. Short of the secession of Red states, this is the only way I can see of regaining what's left of this country and our Constitution.

Yep, just read it. Surprise surprise. Borrowing from Uncle Joe Stalin if I may: "It's not how many people, it's who counts the people."

As for the Red State Compact, some of the governors and many of the AG's in those states have been telling the feds to go pound sand on a number of dictates thrown at them, especially with regard to their COVID and Title IX insanity. Why the border states, Texas in particular, haven't done more to stop the millions of illegals flowing across is disappointing to say the least. The feds abdicated their responsibility for it and therefore the states have every right to defend against invasion. Abbott and Ducey were both a year late to the party on that disaster.

Should these fascists in DC succeed in stealing another election in November, then all bets are off. There WILL have to be a formal compact, (reflecting the Federalist Papers) which clearly states, that acts of the federal government are binding on the states and the people therein, ONLY if such acts are in pursuance of constitutionally granted powers. Those which exceed those bounds will be treated as "void and of no force".
